We were fortunate to meet Ana through local friends. In the process of getting to know her, we realized she is a good resource for natural health, both here on the island and beyond. Below, you'll read excerpts of our conversation and learn more about why we think Ana is special.
Childhood #
As a little girl, AnaHealings always had an innate affinity with plants and nature. Her grandmother nurtured this part of her, teaching her how to make natural herbal remedies, and this grounding in plant-based medicine from a young age played a large part in determining Ana’s path into naturopathy as an adult.
As a child, Ana possessed unique abilities as a channel and spirit guide, and this combination of gifts parlayed her into a career as a healer. Ana’s greatest joy is helping others experience growth and happiness through the aid of natural therapies.
Healing Illness #
Building upon her childhood connection with Mother Earth. Ana worked as a pharmacist in Paguera, while studying to gain her qualification as a certified naturopath. Ana understands and appreciates the body’s tremendous ability to heal. Physical illness and disease is merely a manifestation of internal imbalances and conflicts that have created blockages in the body.

Tarot Readings #
"In spring and summer, I go everywhere with my cards , even i can pull card for a online consultations from my favorite beach as Es Trenc," Ana told us.
Ana utilises Tarot as an effective means of projecting messages from high level spirit guides who convey messages of encouragement, awakening, and love. When she channels she achieves an expanded state of consciousness and a higher vibrational state that allows her to connect to the guides.
Ana loves the wisdom of tarot cards because they contain energy that allows one to change the future in self-responsible way by showing you different possibilities in relation to your situation, whether it be connected to love, career, health, prosperity etc., and can gently guide you to your desired outcome.
Ana explains, "When I read for you, I’m not telling you everything you’re going to experience tomorrow, who you’re going to meet next week, and what your life will look like in a month. I’m able to see different outcomes based on the vibration you’re currently on. Your vibration can change, which means your probable future also changes. This happens more frequently when you’re a highly conscious person who knows how to change your state and your vibrational frequency.”
Healing Hands Touch #
Ana’s Healing Hands Touch sessions are guided by Christ Consciousness/Jesus, your guides, the universe, and nature to restore balance and wholeness of body, mind and spirit. This promotes healing to occur within you, in your relationships and community, and with all of creation. Healing Hands complements but is not a substitute for, conventional medical approaches. It also expands the practitioner’s ability to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical touch.
Examples of benefits include:
- Injuries: Accelerates the healing process and welds bone lesions. Reduces inflammation, sprains, heals torn muscles etc.
- Infections: Helps the body to increase its ability to fight against viral diseases, strengthening its immune system etc.

In Ana's Own Words... #
Mallorca is my home. I live in beautiful area where I have the sea and forest three minutes from where I can workshop, find peace, and inspire myself to help clients. Heart is what drives you and determine your fate. I will tell you a secret: we do not choose the islands. Them choosing us depends of our vibrations and mission here. If the islands let you stay, it is because they want to do a shift through you.
I believe in myself, asked for continual Jesus, Universe, nature guidance, took persistent action, ignored a lot of opinions, trusted my instincts, refused to give up... and kept going. I don't do things like most people. (Which makes sense as most people are unaware of how their beliefs, religion, conditioning, self-perception and how even sick they are because past experience effects their reality.
Here is my secret: I focus on my belief + desire + feeling + frequency first. From there, the right plans, strategies and action steps can (and do) become obvious.
These actions are then far, far more effective as I have my mind + will + vibration+ desire backing me up. I trust my gut, follow my heart and take it one step at a time. That's how I got here. And that's how I am COUNSELING others to get what they wish when healing an emotional disfunction that becomes a pathology, disease.
I have no interest in what is logical, practical, or realistic in this human being. Your soul is not wrong. Your desires are not wrong. God was not wrong when he put these desires inside of you. You were made to get, have, keep, love and enjoy everything you want. Unfortunately, as humans we will sabotage it, avoid it, succumb to the undesired life we feel we were set up for, and talk + think + feel ourselves out of what we want. Typically, we do this when don't feel worthy of what we we want. Or think getting what we want will harm us or someone else. Or believe getting what we want will come with loss. Or are holding another unhelpful idea around ourselves, our possibilities, our dreams and our desires...and building (or perpetuate) the dynamics of our life around it. Fortunately, the above can be transformed.
