Located on the southern part of the island, this district is generally drier and windier than other parts of Mallorca. Mighorn land is mostly at sea level and sandier than other areas of Mallorca.
One of the most historic structures, Castell de Santeuri near Felanitx is a stunning example of 12th Century military defense of the island.
The Mighorn district supports over 20 agro-tourism properties including a large residential development of horse properties, salt marshes that support the unique ecology of the Balearics and more expensive homes on the coast.
Campos and Llucmajor are the municipalities where the residents are serviced for automotive, shopping and other needs. It borders the municipalities Llucmajor, Porreres, Felanitx, Santanyi and ses Salines.
