Caló des Moro

1 junio 2020

One of the best kept secrets on the island, this quaint, undeveloped beach stretched between rocky outcroppings and steep cliffs offers fine sandy beaches and clear, turquoise and light blue waters.

Crystal clear, calm waters, open to the winds from East to Southeast, highlight a sandy bottom great for scuba diving and small boats to anchor at a depth which ranges from three to four meters. For sailors, this cala is two nautical miles of the port of Cala Figuera Santanyí.

This tiny beach of just 44 meters long is less child-friendly because of the steep decent to arrive on the beach with limited room to play on the sand. There are no facilities, no restaurants, no lounge chairs and umbrellas, and no water sports for hire, and little very close by. People leave their bags on a rock and simply enjoy the water. You are on your own here, which of course is part of its great appeal.
