Organizer Christer Soderberg, expert in biochar technologies, provides a two-day, 10-hour workshop on the importance of Biochar in gardening. Biochar provides a secure habitat for beneficial microbial activity that is important for crop production to flourish.
The first day is 16:00-19:00 with discussion on the theory and history of biochar. Beginning at 09:00 on Saturday, you will participate in a demonstration and practice with the Kon-Tiki kiln. The workshop is free.
Space in limited so register to attend. You will be given the event address after registration. The workshop is in Spanish but organizers speak English so do not let the language limit you from experiencing a day in Nature, learning from experts.
